Applications only containing a description with no references will likely be declined.

I reserve the right to reject any commission requests for any reason if I feel that I am unable to complete your request to the best of my ability.

Communication will be made through VGen for better organization. Once you have submitted your request, I will send you a proposal if your commission has been accepted. Please note that you will also receive notifications for any rejections.

PRICING

All listed prices are in USD ($$$). If you (the client), are using VGen, please make sure your settings are set to your currency to see the price in your currency. Listed prices are only estimates and can be subject to increase depending on complexity of project and commission.

TwiggyDraws will inform the client via direct message or proposal through VGen of their final quote based on their application. Clients may chose to decline the final quote and withdraw their application without any fees.

Payments and Refunds:

All payments will be processed via VGen. PayPal and debit/credit card is accepted through VGen.

Commissions will not be started until 100% payment is made. I am flexible with offering payment plans however, the minimum amount for the commission must be $110.

If the client is interested in commissioning and would like to reserve a slot but is unable to make full payment at the time of acceptance, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the commission total is required.

In the case that I (the artist), is unable to complete the commission for any reason or the client has not received any updates in 30 days, a full refund will be provided to the client.

If the client cancels the commission prior to any progress being made, they will receive a 70% refund. The remaining 30% will be processed as a cancellation fee.

Once progress has been made on the commission, the commission will no longer be eligible for a refund unless I am unable to complete the request or the client has not received any update in 30 days.

Deadlines and Delivery

Clients should expect their commission to be completed within 7-21 business days. Some clients may see their commission completed sooner or longer. This will depend on the size of their request. I will reach out to you with an estimated completion date.

If a client has a specific deadline for their commission, a rush fee may apply. I strongly recommend putting your request in advance so that I am able to complete your commission on time. If I feel that I am unable to meet the client's deadline, their commission will be turned away.

In the case of any delays, the client will be notified as soon as possible.

Commission Process and Revisions

WIPs will be sent to the client directly for approval. This will also be the stage for clients to ask for any revisions once receiving the clean sketch. Any moderate revisions can be made in this stage. Clients will be able to have up to 3 revisions in this stage.

After approval of the sketch, the commission will enter a lineart stage. Once lineart has begun, no major revisions can be made.

Revisions during the coloring stage will only be acceptable in the case that the client requests any changes to the colors being used. No major changes to the overall commission will be made at this point.

Please make sure that the sketch is to your liking before moving forward.

I retain the right to use all commissioned artwork for self-promotion, such as displaying it in my portfolio or sharing it on social media.

The client may use the artwork for personal use only unless prior arrangements have been made with me. The client may not use the artwork for commercial or promotional purposes without purchasing a commercial license.

What is a Commercial License at TwiggyDraws?:

When purchasing a commercial license, you are more than welcome to use the piece for selling merchandise or promoting an event.

Without a commercial license, the commissioned artwork remains for personal use only. The client is strictly prohibited from redistributing, editing, copying or reselling their commissioned artwork to third parties.

What is covered under personal use at TwiggyDraws?: The client will not be required to purchase a commercial license if they are posting the piece to social media as this is considered Personal Use.

The client is also able to use their commissioned piece to promote their stream. For example: VTubers using the artwork as a showcase on a Be Right Back screen or Stream Schedule. TwiggyDraws requests that any commissioned work is properly and visibly credited.

NDAs

If you wish for your commission to not be streamed, WIPs posted or completed version until a specific time set (I.E: VTuber Debut), please reach out to TwiggyDraws directly to discuss terms and fees that will apply.

Using any commissioned artwork as NFTs or in AI softwares is also strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

Failure to follow these terms will result in being blacklisted.
